Shipping Policy 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (During sales, holidays or product launches, processing time may be slightly longer)

Custom or made to order pieces may take 7-21 business days before dispatching. 

Shipping withing Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services including Australia post and other reliable carriers.

Estimated delivery times

For standard shipping please allow 3-7 business days (1-2 days extra for rural areas)

For express shipping please allow 1-2 business days (1-2 days extra for rural areas) 

Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. 

Incorrect shipping details

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing an order. Belleaura collective is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping address.

Sale items

Any item on sale is a final sale meaning no return or exchange 

International shipping

We do not offer international exchange, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed and dispatched. By placing an order internationally means you agree to this policy. 

Delivery times and shipping rates vary depending on destination and custom processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Belleaura Collective Returns and Exchange policy

For hygiene and safety reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Wigs
  • Hair Toppers
  • Hair extensions
  • Custom Order
  • Sale items

This policy is strictly enforced to protect all customers.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We only accept returns and exchanges if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing fault

To be Eligible

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging
  • Lace must remain uncut and tags attached

Return Request Process

To request a return or exchange please email:

  • Your Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All customers to cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If approved, exchanges will be processed after the original item is received and inspected.

Colour Disclaimer

We do our best to display product colours accurately. However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or monitor displays.
